Shipping Domestic (USA)

  • Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days (excludes weekends & US holidays)

  • Free USPS First Class shipping to the USA

  • Upgrades Available:

    • USPS Priority Mail: $6.95

    • USPS Priority Express: $27.95

  • All orders are sent insured up until scanned as delivered

  • All orders over $150 or one of a kind pieces will be sent with a signature. You can waive a signature for orders under $700; but we will not be held responsible for packages left at your doorstep if you do. Orders over $700 will require a signature for delivery.

  • Make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. If you send an order to the wrong address, you will need to repay shipping once the item comes back to us.

Shipping International (Non-USA)

  • Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days (excludes weekends & US holidays)

  • Free USPS First Class Shipping

  • Upgrades Available:

    • Priority International Mail: $38.95

  • Orders over $400 will be sent via courier and will require a signature at delivery.

  • To be compliant with USITC laws, customs forms will correctly labeled and valued at the price purchased. Recipients are responsible for any/all additional customs fee/import tax charges imposed by your government.. No orders will be labeled as a gift.

  • We will only ship to countries that are served by the United States Postal Service. If an order is placed and addressed to a country we cannot ship to, we will immediately refund and cancel the order.

  • Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. If you send an order to the wrong address, you will need to repay shipping once the item comes back to us.

Returns

  • Contact us for a return address within 7 days of receipt

  • Returns must be dropped off in the mail within 10 days of receipt

  • Orders must be un-worn and in the original box. Orders returned without the original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Jewelry returned not in its original condition will be denied a return.

  • You may request a cancellation of your order before you receive a shipment confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason we see fit.

  • We cover all orders damaged or broken in shipping. Refunds will only be given once any applicable insurance forms are signed by the buyer if necessary.

  • TRADITIONAL HOLIDAYS SEASON GIFTS: If you have been gifted one of our pieces, you may make an exchange by January 1st. Returns can only be issued to the original purchaser. Orders purchased November 15th - December 23rd may be returned through January 1st by the original purchaser.
