This delicate charm necklace features a genuine Roman Faustina the Younger coin from about 147-175 A.D. set with a 14k gold 4-pronged setting.

Faustina II (The Younger): She spent much of her adult life traveling with her husband, Emperor Marcus Aurelius, between Roman military camps. She was beloved by the Roman troops, and was nicknamed "Mother of the Camp".

VENUS: she is the goddess of love, beauty, desire, sex, and fertility. In Roman mythology, she was said to be the ancestor of the Roman people. Julius Caesar even claimed Venus has his distant ancestor. She is also seen as the Roman counterpart to the Greek goddess, Aphrodite.
