Constantinius II - Second son of Constantine the Great; and was very active in the affairs of the Church. He re-joined the territories of the Roman empire under one ruler. Remembered as being a Christian heretic for imposing his will upon the Church.
The reverse side of the coin depicts Juno Moneta - the Roman goddess of money. As she was the protectress of funds, Roman money was made in her temples. Here she is depicted holding money scales in her right hand.
