Constantine the Great - He was best known for being the first Christian Roman Emperor. He turned the city of Byzantium into the new Roman capital, renaming it Constantinople (present day Istanbul). It would remain the capital for a thousand years. The VOX XX on the back means Votis Vicennalibus, and states that Licinius had completed the prayers and sacrifices necessary for 20 years of rule.
