Licinius - Otherwise known as Flavius Galerius Valerius Licinianus Licinius (rolls right off the tongue), he accompanied Emperor Galerius on a Persian Expedition in 297. He was later given command over what was formerly the Western Half of the Roman Empire.

Jupiter (Back): Depicts Jupiter (also Jove - god of the sky and thunder and king of the Roman pantheon; i.e. the Roman Zeus) surrounded by IOVI CONSERVATORI - to Jupiter the protector. Jupiter stands between eagle and spear, holding victory on a globe in his right hand and a scepter in his left.
