Payments


We accept all payments through our website checkout system, which accepts all major credit cards.  You can choose between direct checkout (processed by Stripe) or PayPal at our checkout page.

Payment is due at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand (send us a conversation if you have any questions). We will not ship any orders until we receive payment.  

***CANCELLATION POLICY***
Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, you MUST do it ASAP.  Most of our packages are shipped out same day (and sometimes even within the hour), and we cannot cancel after the item is shipped!

Please note that we will only put a hold merchandise for full payment for 24 hours unless specific circumstances arise.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped out by USPS 1-3 days from the time you order. We generally do not ship weekends or US national holidays. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when we've shipped your order.  NOTE: If you wish to use either UPS, FEDEX, or DHL - we can definitely ship with their services, but shipped is charged on a case by case basis by the quote the carrier gives us.  Contact us for these shipping options!

Orders over $100, for One of a Kind pieces, or shipped Priority Express will be sent with a required Signature Confirmation.  You may request to waive that confirmation, but we cannot be held responsible if you do.  

***Please give us the exact shipping address that you want your jewelry to be sent to! We will send it to the address you give us. Should you enter the wrong address, you will be charged shipping again to re-ship.***

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
All of our orders are shipped USPS First Class mail, and all packages include tracking and are insured. We are able to ship domestic packages for only $2.95. If your item is stolen, lost, or otherwise damaged through shipping, contact us and we will fix the problem! 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For our international customers, it's $9.95. All packages are shipped USPS First Class with insurance and tracking (if available to your country). If your item is stolen, lost, or otherwise damaged through shipping, contact us and we will fix the problem! 

Due to United States federal law, we do not ship to the following countries: Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Any transactions which originate from and/or request shipping to these countries will be cancelled and your money refunded.

***INTERNATIONAL NOTICE***
All customs/duty/VATs charges are a responsibility of the buyer. It is illegal for the seller to pay them. We also cannot claim lower values than on the invoice and/or label customs as something different than the item. It's also illegal for us in the USA, and we'd rather avoid massive export fraud fines!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise must be returned within 7 DAYS of when USPS tracking states that you receive the item - items must be in unworn condition and keep them in-box.  Many of these necklaces are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, and we want them to find their perfect home! Just package it back up and ship it back to us.  Please Note that return shipping is at the buyer's expense. ***All custom orders are final sale.*** 

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

Our jewelry is VERY carefully handcrafted, and breakage due to design is extremely rare.  Fees to fix damaged items will be decided on a case by case basis. You must send a photo of the breakage before shipping back, so that we can determine what supplies need to be used.  

GIFTS: If you have been gifted one of our pieces, you may exchange the item for something else in our shop - no returns. We must be contacted for Holiday/Christmas exchanges by JANUARY 15th.
